Something broke? Someone's here.

Swipe Life is made by one person, so you are writing to the developer, not a ticket queue.

For bugs, include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the deck you were playing and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps a lot. Card ideas and terrible puns are also welcome.

Frequently asked questions

Playing

How do I play?

Each card is a person with a problem and two answers. Drag the card right for the answer on the right, left for the one on the left, or tap the buttons under the card. Every answer moves some of your four bars. A bar that reaches 0 or 100 ends the run, and your score is how many weeks you lasted.

My bar was full and I still lost. Why?

Both edges end the run. Too much money attracts the wrong people, too much fame means you can't leave the house, too much energy means you started eleven channels in one night. Keep every bar somewhere in the middle.

How do I know which bars a choice touches?

Drag the card slowly. Small dots appear above the bars that choice will move; a bigger dot means a bigger change. Whether the bar goes up or down is the gamble. Some cards are predictable, some are not.

What are legacy points and packs?

Every run earns legacy: one point per five weeks, plus a bonus for a new best. Legacy unlocks extra card packs in a deck (for example Arcs, Oddities, Season 2 and Big League in the Streamer deck). A pack unlocked on the run-over screen joins the deck from your next run.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The game itself never needs a connection. Ads, purchases and Game Center do, so a revive ad or a leaderboard may not load offline.

Which devices does it run on?

Swipe Life is designed for iPhone and needs iOS 17 or later.

Purchases

Is Swipe Life free?

Yes. The Streamer deck is free with ads. Removing ads and adding decks are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, timers or daily limits.

I bought a deck or removed ads and it isn't showing.

Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your iPhone is signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases follow your Apple Account, so a new phone or a reinstall only needs a restore.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase and choose "Request a refund". Apple decides refunds; we cannot issue them ourselves.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your runs and best scores are saved on your phone. Game Center is optional and uses the account you already have on your iPhone.

Game Center, sound and data

How do leaderboards work?

Each deck has its own leaderboard for the longest run, in weeks. Sign in to Game Center in Settings › Game Center on your iPhone and Swipe Life submits your best automatically. The trophy button on the run-over screen opens the rankings.

How do I turn the sound off?

Swipe Life respects your iPhone's silent switch, and the app's settings have a sound toggle. Music you are playing in another app keeps playing.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything Swipe Life stores lives on your device, so removing the app removes it. Leaderboard scores are held by Apple and managed in Settings › Game Center. Details are on the privacy page.

I found a bug. What should I send?

Your iPhone model, iOS version, the deck, the card you were on if you remember it, and what you expected instead. Email it to [email protected]. Crashes get fixed first.
